Project

L'écoute des saveurs

The l'écoute des saveurs collection is built around the Mediterranean diet: three vessels, each in two parts. They present food and they keep it, in the same object.

Traditional cooking + intuitive technology

Local, durable materials keep the impact low: the lower piece is ceramic, made by a company in the Mediterranean basin. For the upper part we use beech, grown and worked locally.

A commitment to eating well

Steam it, serve it in the same vessel, close it and keep it: the collection takes a step out of each meal rather than adding one. Less washing up, less packaging, and seasonal vegetables that hold their taste without being buried in fat.
